All orders placed on https://shopper2next.com are dispatched through our logistics providers. We deliver most of our orders within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.

Checking on the Status of your order

You can check the status of your order at any time by using the Tracking details sent to you by email. You have to enter the Tracking no received by us, on the courier service provider’s tracking page to track your order. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated.

Other Important Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sales where it may take up to 72 hours.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.
